Tategamikyo Satoyama Park Campsite

Located in the center of Kumamoto Prefecture, the Tategami Gorge, a 75-meter-high, 250-meter-wide "Higo no Ku-taki" waterfall, was created by the clear Hikawa River eroding Paleozoic limestone. Nearby, Satochi Park has 13 camp sites, log houses, lodges, and satochi houses, and is a space where visitors can play in the river and stroll along the walking trails.
