Off-grid cabins are limited to one per day to experience the entire daily life of this town where people and forests coexist in harmony.
The cabin itself is self-built using local timber, including timber from Shimokawa. The inside of the building is similarly decorated with locally harvested and processed materials, as well as products and artwork of people who are active in the community.
We hope you will experience the true richness that can be seen by picking it up and using it.
The way you spend and enjoy your time here is up to you.
Please use it as you like.
------------------------------------------------------------------
In an age when we are inundated with things and information, it is time to make things simpler. Time off from daily life, time to return to your true self, time to do nothing. The time that we should cherish is being forgotten more and more.
That is why we need to create a good old-fashioned life with our own hands.
Life with forests, life with fire, life with soil.
Here is an environment where you can enjoy living itself.
