Pres de La Mer means "by the sea" in French, and although the property does not face the coast, it is only a few minutes' walk to the quay where you can see the sea and smell the whistles and smell the ocean. The facility is also equipped with a sauna, allowing guests to enjoy the interior and the outdoors.
The building was used as a warehouse in 1898 when it was trading with the Kitamae Ship, and was then abandoned for more than 50 years. The house is like a museum where you can stay all day and not get bored.
