Shinta Elementary School, closed after 145 years of history, has been reborn as an interactive campground. The quaint corridors, classrooms, and library of the school building Peaceful scenery surrounded by persimmon fields A place where you can spend time away from everyday life You can also enjoy barbecues and stargazing in the lush green nature. The campground is equipped with running water, showers, and toilets! Anyone can use the campground, even those with children. Spend a different kind of time at SHINODA BASE Why don't you spend your special time here with your loved ones or alone, freely? ◼️ Plan Outline: A] Auto site 7m x 9m (approx. 63㎡), up to 5 persons per family, up to 2 persons per group, (multiple families not allowed) Basic fee: Site usage fee (per night): Payment in advance 3,500 yen (tax included) Special rates apply during the summer vacation period (7/23-8/27). We would appreciate it if you could inquire in advance. Admission fee (per night): to be paid locally 1 adult (junior high school student or older): 500 yen (tax included) One child (elementary school student): 300 yen (tax included) Garbage disposal fee 100 yen (tax included) 100 yen (tax included) *To be paid at the registration desk on the day of the event. Maximum of 5 persons per family or 2 adults per person. Multiple families (including relatives) and groups of 3 or more adults only are not allowed. Reservations will not be honored. This is a family-oriented, homey campground. We appreciate your understanding. ◼️ Remarks One parking space per site is provided in each section. (1 tent, 1 tarp) *Additional vehicles are not allowed. Please do not park your car anywhere other than the parking spaces adjacent to the site. There is no power supply in the site. ◼️ Facilities 1st floor of the school building Reception (9:00 - 21:00) Restrooms Shower rooms (4 shower rooms for both men and women) No soap is provided. No soap, etc. Available for 15 minutes for 300 yen. Washing area (4 sinks) No detergent is provided. Rest area Playground Smoking is not permitted on the grounds.
