Kawachi-bankan" is a specialty citrus of Ainan Town, the southernmost town in Ehime Prefecture (this citrus is called Japanese grapefruit, which comes into season in early summer). A husband and wife duo took over a kawachi-bankan orchard that has been in existence for more than 50 years! This 2-hectare orchard is available for rent as a private camp site for one couple only! Enjoy the fresh scent of kawachi-bankan oranges, birds chirping, streams murmuring, the sky full of stars, and the darkness that seems to suck you in! If it is the right time of year, you can experience harvesting Kawachi Bankan or purchase processed products such as homemade marmalade and juice on site. If you would like to try the harvesting experience, please send us a message in advance after making a reservation. *The two couples also like camping and often go camping.
